How does the Text and Messaging Support Service subscription work?

Our virtual assistant service allows you to connect with our support team through text messaging using platforms like Telegram, Viber, and our website chat. Once you subscribe, you can reach out to us anytime during local business hours, and our team will provide instant assistance for your needs

We offer multiple platforms for you to call our team. You can call us through messaging apps like Telegram, and Viber, or use the local phone number provided upon subscription.

You will receive direct and personal assistance from our support team. We offer multilingual support and aim to resolve your queries quickly with minimal wait times.

Our concierge phone support service is available during local business hours to provide timely assistance.

On-Site Personal Assistant Service

What does the On-Site Personal Assistant Service include?

This service includes all the premium features of our support services, with the added benefit of in-person assistance. Your personal assistant is available in person (or remotely if you prefer) to help you within the city that you register. If you are travelling to other cities, we can have another assistant assigned to you in another city while you are there.

A personal assistant will be dedicated to your specific needs for 5 days a week. The days are chosen by you to fit your schedule. A day is considered 5 consecutive hours for days Monday through Friday, and 4 consecutive hours on Saturday or Sunday. We also can design a tailored made plan for you if it is needed. Please note that your Personal Assistant is for interpretation, conversation, and general errands only; personal assistants will not carry, lift, move, clean, etc.

How do I schedule my personal assistant?

At least once a week our team will contact you to plan your upcoming schedule. You can choose the days and schedule your daily hours between 8:00 and 20:00. Additional hours and times outside these hours can be arranged on a per-case basis.

What tasks can my personal assistant help with?

Personal assistants can assist with interpretation, conversation, and general errands. However, they will not carry, lift, move, clean, or perform similar tasks. If you require services outside the role of your personal assistant, you can contact us to discuss what you need. We offer services such as cleaning and moving as well.

How do you ensure constant and high service quality and compliance?

Are you also giving assistance outside of Ukraine?

Our primary focus is on providing assistance within Ukraine. However, for certain services and information, we are able to offer support outside of Ukraine. This includes helping make transportation plans to enter and exit Ukraine. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Do you also help with legal issues?

We provide assistance with various administrative procedures and immigration support. We are not a law firm, however we have Ukrainian lawyers working closely with us to help our clients. For complex legal issues, we can refer you to trusted legal professionals who specialize in the relevant areas.

Temporary Residency Permit Services

What is a temporary residency permit (TRP) in Ukraine?

A temporary residency permit (TRP) in Ukraine allows foreign nationals to reside in Ukraine for a specified period. This permit is typically granted to those who have reasons such as employment, studying, volunteering with an NGO (non-profit organization), or family reunification to stay in the country longer than the duration allowed by a standard visa.

Who is eligible for a temporary residency permit (TRP) in Ukraine?

Eligibility for a TRP includes foreign nationals who are either employed by Ukrainian companies, students enrolled in Ukrainian educational institutions, family members of Ukrainian residents, volunteers, or those involved in cultural, scientific, or educational activities.
